This ticket is personal and not transferable. The passenger carrying a ticket issued to another person will be considered as a passenger without ticket and will be obliged to pay double price of the ticket. On top of this he can be taken to court for impersonation.

The passenger (with complete ticket) is entitled to carry 60 kg luggage for free. We consider luggage the clothes and personal goods. We do not assume any responsibility on passengers objects that had not been previously confided to the Master for safekeeping. Passengers are not allowed to carry illegal/dangerous goods and correspondence. Only recommended or Post Office stamped correspondence can be taken onboard.

All claims should be accompanied by the travel tickets for the trip concerning the claim. Otherwise claims will not be accepted. By the use of the ticket, the client accepts all the conditions here stated even if he/she does not sign the ticket.

REFUND OF TICKET ON USERS REQUEST:
The ticket is valid for one year subject to the transport conditions applicable from issues date. Should the client want to cancel the trip after ticket purchase, he/she will get the refund as per the following conditions:

a) If refund request is applied within 48 hours previous to vessels departure a 10% of ticket value will be deducted on refund

b) If refund request is applied within 48 hours previous to vessels departure but only 2 hours before departure, a 20% of ticket value will be deducted on refund
c) Tickets presented for refund out of the periods above mentioned a) and b) will loose refund

d) Valid OPEN tickets will be refunded on request at 90% of the value. The passenger with OPEN ticket will go onboard providing that there are vacancies in passage.

e) The passenger can anticipate or delay or his/her departure at no extra costs by requesting cancellation two hours before departure consigned in the ticket. The new ticket should be same or higher class than former ticket and always paying the difference. The date change request should be presented to the Agents two hours before departure. Otherwise the ticket will only be valid for the departure initially purchased.

f) Refunds will be made to the ticket purchaser or to the person that can prove to act in his/her representation.

In case the vessel consigned in the ticket does not makes the trip in the indicated date for any reasons, the transport company will not assume another responsibility than the obligation to refund tickets cost to passenger.

The passenger must comply with all official requirements. He will travel with the necessary documents to get in / out the country as per existing laws. The passenger will show up with enough anticipation to perform all requirements and proceedings to get onboard. Our company will not refund the tickets to those passengers unable to get onboard for circumstances beyond our responsibility

All passengers will be subject to the Police Rules and the good order onboard in charge of the Master.

The arrangements in the Athens Agreement of 1974 concerning Sea Transport of Passengers and luggage are incorporated to this ticket and will be applicable to all passengers holding our tickets regardless their nationality. The responsibility of our company in case of injury/death of passengers and damages to luggage/vehicle is limited to the maximum amount established in the above mentioned Athens Agreement. The ticket shows the characteristics of the vehicle for identification purposes.

All the exemptions and limitations on transport responsibility will be applicable to the companys agents, employees, sales people and representatives. Also the exemptions and limitations will be applicable to the owner of a vessel used by the shipping company to carry out transport and its agents, employees, sales people and representatives.

All disputes or discrepancies resulting from the performance or interpretation of these conditions would be under jurisdiction of the city in which registered office of the transport company is located.

VERY IMPORTANT:
The departures, routes and timetables are subject to modification with no previous notice. We recommend the passenger to confirm departure date and hour opportunely. In order to make easier the check in of passengers and vehicles we recommend the passengers to show at the port offices 45 minutes prior to the departure specified in the ticket. It is necessary to show at the port minimum 30 minutes before departure.
If the client fails to fulfil this requirement the carrier reserves the right to accept the check in within 30 minutes before the programmed departure.
