Anonymous use of the web

If you book a trip with us, we ask for your name, gender, address and other contact details and password.
The law requires us to send to the port authorities a list of all passengers and vehicles on board. Why we need gender, nationality, date of birth and identity of each passenger.
If you make your payment by credit card, the data is coded and transferred to our paying partners. Any personal data about you will only be used internally within the FRS group and is not passed to third parties.
Request for deletion and information about data storage.
Any online booking will be confirmed by e-mail automatically. You can request a total summary of your online bookings stored in the system. After reservations have expired or been canceled, you may request an immediate deletion of all your personal data by email to calidad@frs.es.
