Timetable information

  • The Moroccan government has announced the closure of the border at Ceuta and Melilla. This means it will not be possible to enter Morocco via these points.

 

Ticket exchanges and refunds

  • Tickets bought at a ticket office, online, via an app, an official FRS sale point or a call centre, can be exchanged or refunded. Exchanged tickets will be valid for up to one year.
     
  • Tickets bought via a travel agency can be refunded or exchanged via the travel agency that sold the ticket. Exchanged tickets will be valid for up to one year.

FRS Sale points and ticket offices

  • Spain

              -All sale points and ticket offices will be closed until further notice.

  • Morocco

             -Tangier Med Ferry Terminal ticket office.


All other FRS outlets will be closed until further notice.

More information on FRS Coronavirus (COVID-19) measures

  • Following the suspension of passenger services between Moroccan and Spanish ports as a measure to contain coronavirus (COVID-19), FRS Iberia/Maroc would like to make the following statement:
     
  • FRS Iberia/Maroc will comply with the decision taken and it is confident that services between Morocco and Spain will resume as soon as possible. The company will comply with any obligations related to decisions taken by government at all times, and as it has always done.
     
  • The company’s main priority is the health and well-being of its customers and employees. FRS Iberia/Maroc remains at the disposal of the authorities - in particular, the port authorities, to take whatever action may be required.
     
  • FRS Iberia/Maroc guarantees it will resume its Moroccan routes as soon as the suspension is lifted.
