Booking methods
You can make your booking through our website, our FRS/DFDS Ferry App, available for iOS and Android, by email at [email protected] or by calling our phone number +34 956 68 18 30.
Where can I get my boarding pass?
With the FRS/DFDS Ferry App, you can book your ferry wherever and whenever you like. You can also get your boarding passes using the online check-in feature. It’s simple, fast and safe.
If you’d prefer, you can also make a reservatrion by contacting our call center or by dropping by any of our points of sale.
Changing or cancelling the booking
Any changes you want to make to a booking can be made by contacting our call centre (+34 956 68 18 30), at our branches or any of our ticket offices. Tickets can be cancelled in the same way.
Lost tickets
If for any reason your boarding pass is lost or stolen, please contact our Services Center.
Where can I find my booking number?
If the booking has been made by phone, our operators will provide you with a confirmation number. In addition, they will send you a confirmation email where this number will appear.
If the booking was made through the website, you will receive a confirmation booking email where you’ll find this number.
For bookings made through the FRS Travel APP, you will find your confirmation number in the menu section “Check-in”. You will receive confirmation of your booking via email.
This is the ID number for any type of change or cancellation as well as the collection of boarding passes.
Is it possible to pay in Euros and Dirhams?
If you book on our website or through the FRS Travel APP, payment can be made in either currency, Euros or Dirhams.
For bookings made at our points of sale in Spain, payment must be made in Euros.
Food and drink and shopping bought on board can only be paid for in Euros.
If you make the purchase at any of our points of sale in Morocco, payment must be made in Dirhams.
Is it possible to pay by credit card?
Yes, at our official points of sale, through our website, our FRS Travel App or booking centre.
Is it possible to use the same ticket for different routes?
No. You will have to request a ticket refund and then book a new ticket.
Advance timing for the collection of boarding passes
Passengers are required to show up at the offices at the port of embarkation 90 minutes before the departure time indicated on the ticket in order to proceed with the collection of the relevant boarding pass and presentation of the documents required for the voyage.
We recommend you check-in online via our website or by using the FRS Travel APP. It’s simple and it’s fast. You can save your boarding passes to your mobile, and access the ship directly. Without having to wait in line.
Tickets issued before 11 March 2020 for Tairfa -Tangier Ville y Algeciras - Tangier Med will be valid for travel until 31 December 2022.
