NEW BOARDING PROCEDURE
The Spanish and Moroccan Authorities have announced:
You must have a ticket with a confirmed date and time to access the ports during OPE 2022.
How does this affect me?
You will have to buy your tickets ahead of time with a confirmed date and time.
You must do this before arriving to the port, otherwise you will not be able to enter.
How can I buy my confirmed tickets ahead of time?
You can buy your ticket ahead of time through any of these channels:
- Book online on our website
- The FRS/DFDS Ferry APP
- Call Centre:
- By email:
- FRS Points of sale
- Travel agencies
The important thing is to have your confirmed ticket when you arrive at the port
What happens if I’m not sure about when I’m going to arrive at the port? Or if something else comes up?
No problem, with FRS you can change your tickets at no cost and with no extra fees.
That is, changes to the date and time on your FRS tickets are free.
That’s why we recommend that you buy your ticket as soon as possible with a fixed date and time and, if your plans change, you can make all of the necessary modifications for free.
This way you’ll have guaranteed entry to the port.
